OptiTune is an IT Management System that lets you manage thousands of computers, provide remote desktop support, deploy applications, manage updates, handle endpoint protection, and more. All from one cloud based console.

OptiTune has its own proprietary Remote Desktop implementation, and provides both Remote Connect (to any computer sitting idle), and Remote Assistance (initiated by end users). It makes use of global relay servers for relaying connections through firewalls when no direct connection is available. It also supports several real time tools directly in the web browser, including:
